Information is collected on this web site for three principal purposes: 1) to allow Fellows to make contact with each other; 2) to share news and information about the activities of the Rank Fellowship and its Fellows; 3) to identify potential links between Fellows and the various charities supported by the Rank Foundation.

From time to time members of the Fellowship Steering Committee may call individual Fellows to seek their opinions.

By choosing to enter your personal information on this site you indicate your willingness to disclose this information to the Rank Fellowship and allow other Fellows to access this information via a search of the database. If you do not wish to participate in any of the activities listed above, please do not enter your personal information on to the web site.

Sensitive information
It is not the Rank Fellowship’s policy to seek any sensitive information through this website. Sensitive information includes data relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, or criminal record. If you do wish to provide sensitive information for any reason, the Rank Fellowship accepts your explicit consent to use that information in the ways described in this privacy policy.

How you can access/update your information
You may enter your information into our database via a short registration process located under ‘Create Profile’ in the ‘Fellow’s Database’ section of the site.

If at any stage you want to amend or update your information, you may do so via ‘Update Profile’ in the ‘Fellow’s Database’ section of the site. You will require the user ID and password created during the registration process. If you forget either of these, please contact Gill Zammett.

3. Email communication
The Rank Fellowship may from time to time send email communications to Fellows in the form of newsletters, surveys, forwarded emails, etc. We will endeavour to keep these to a minimum. If you wish to unsubscribe from a newsletter, please follow the directions at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be taken off the recipient list. Alternatively, you may subscribe or unsubscribe from the Rank Fellowship email newsletter using the appropriate pages as linked.

Please be aware that this website may contain links to third-party web sites. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. This privacy policy does not apply to, nor is the Rank Fellowship responsible for, any content, privacy practices, or conduct of such web sites.
