Lindsey Clay was educated at St.Bees and Jesus College, Cambridge.   She was appointed Marketing Director for Thinkbox TV in September 2007 and then promoted to become Thinkbox's first Managing Director in 2011.

For ten years earlier in her career, Lindsey worked at J Walter Thompson in a variety of different roles.  These included heading flagship accounts for Kellogg's, Nestlé Rowntree and HSBC, being Head of Client Service, Deputy Managing Director and her final position of Chief Talent Officer.  Prior to her career at JWT, Lindsey worked at McCann Erickson as an account director for clients such as Bacardi, Nestlé Foods and UPS.  

Lindsey is married to Matthew and they have two  daughters..
