Jason Chaffer

Jason Chaffer is Chairman of the Rank Fellowship.

 

Jason is a Partner in Manchester Square Partners.  His focus is on working with senior executives who are at or near the top of their chosen field and who wish to manage their career most effectively, often at a critical point of change.  Before joining Manchester Square Partners, Jason spent twenty years in executive search as a Partner at Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds where he led primarily on the execution of succession plans in the Financial Services sector.

 

Jason was educated at Radley College and Durham University. His early career was as a banker where he was formally trained by Citibank and Salomon Brothers International and then latterly worked in UK coverage for Chase Manhattan

 Jason has been the Chairman of the Rank Fellowship since its inception in 2003, an initiative sponsored by the Rank Foundation which is a major UK charitable trust founded by Lord and Lady Rank. He is also a member of the Tick Tock club board and of the Corporate Partnerships board of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's charity.   He is married to Belinda and lives in West Berkshire with their three children.
