Jan Carter

Jan has worked for CTVC in Bushey and The Rank Foundation since 1997, having previously been a teacher in secondary and primary schools, in the UK and Germany.  She is Administrator for the Leadership Award Scheme and the Small Appeals programme, which awards grants to charities for small capital projects.   She also works closely with the Fellowship Steering Committee, helping to organise events and putting Fellows in touch with each other.   Jan is married to Jack who is a retired Army Officer and Aero-Mechanical Engineer. They have two sons and twin grandchildren.
