West Country Charities Evening in Bath

The  Charities Evening plays a central part in the Fellowship's Year and the pattern has been established of one year in London while taking the Fellowship forward in different regions in the next.  Last year's Inner Temple Charities Evening was a great success, as was the 2008 evening in Manchester.

We are indebted to Prior Park College, superbly situated overlooking Bath, and James Murphy O'Connor, its Head, for agreeing with such enthusiasm to host the 2010 Charities Evening.  It should provide a superb stimulus for the Fellowship's growth in the West Country.  The Charities Evening will be held on Friday 12 November and invitations to Fellows and guests will be sent out at the beginning of September.  A number of charities associated with the Rank Foundation have already agreed to attend: these include the Amber Foundation, the Barton Hill Settlement, DecodeD, Hope Support Services, People and Work Unit, The Sofa Project and Youth Action Wiltshire.  It should be a great night.
